All We Need We Got

Live on the run rock solid
Live for the joy in the Psalms
and live through America's sordidness, boys
in Kansas or in Viet Nam

Live 'n let live with enjoyment
Live with the Master you can
Live with the Lord for employment
working his masterful plan

Live with your beautiful man kind
Live for your heavenly wife
Live for our liberal lover
The living is better in Life

Alive, but not as the world is
cut off grasses and flowers
Today live in time with the future
as present now eternal hours

living with another Father,
living with a Mary mom
Angels in a human family
recreating their certain calm

It's water from a different township, baby,
bubbling in an earthen pot
against the wall -- O, no No country
Rock! All we need we got..

True To Form

Seeing stars between the seven
Circuits marched toot shepherd horns
Cracks me forehead on the corner
Of the rock slung true to form

Smash! The barrier reef, the slave grave
Strikes the mind from Capricorn
Splits from life the Godless man cave
Falls from heaven true to form

Shaking down the street the highway
Quaking in our voided norm
Breaking into pieces my way
Old creations true to form

Comes the wind Hell bent for leather
Comes the furious Demon swarm
Comes a cloud a one ton feather
  Meteoric -- True to form

Bearing down here nasty weather
Lord, calm me while not the storm
Gracefully we go together
Strong and weak both true to form ..
